Resident Students Parking Options for 2008/2009 School Year

Parking Permits will go on sale July 7 when the online sales system is operational, please check back for further updates.  The sale of the permits will be on a first come basis online only.  Office sales for permits will not begin until August 21th.

Next year we will have multiple permit options for resident students:

Freshman Residents will again be required to park at the West Campus Lot and the rate will remain at $90. 
A limited number of Sandy Creek Deck and General Lot Permits will be available.  The deck rate will be $400 for an annual and the lots will be $200 for an annual or $110 for a Semester permit.

Lot R will continue to be sold at the general lot rate to residents of Potomac Heights and Liberty Square only and it does not guarantee a space will be available in the lot.

Lot I will become a reserved lot requiring a Lot I permit and we will sell this to Resident Students only at a rate of $300 for the year.

We also are building a lot on the current Patriot Village site that we be a Resident Reserve Lot at a rate of $300 per year.

We will sell the number of permits in the PV Lot and Lot I on a first come basis online only based on the number of spaces in each Lot.

Please note that once all permits allocated for Resident Students are sold out, the West Campus Lot will be the only option.  A free shuttle will be provided again next year from the West Campus Lot and the Field House general lots.
