Payroll Deduction Permits
If you currently pay for your parking through payroll deduction and wish to continue with the same permit type we will need to issue you a new Payroll Deduction Permit. You are guaranteed the same type of permit. Please go to this link https://parkingsvc.gmu.edu/payroll2009.asp and let us know.
Please make sure that your address is current in Patriot Web and we will automatically mail you your new Payroll Deduction Permit so that you will not have to come to a Parking Services office.
If you wish to switch to another type of permit, whether it is a Rappahannock River, Sandy Creek, Mason Pond, or surface lot permit you can use the same link https://parkingsvc.gmu.edu/payroll2009.asp to provide your parking preference (please place the numbers 1 through 4, with 1 being your first preference, next to the type of permit you wish to purchase). Please keep in mind we may not be able to accommodate everyone’s first preference if you wish to switch to a different parking deck. If we are unable to fulfill your highest preferences you will retain your current permit.

New Mason Pond parking deck proximity/access cards (For current Mason Pond permit holders only)
The improvements to the Mason Pond parking deck will be completed in the near future and we will be able to offer our permit parkers spaces on Levels 3, 4 and 5. Permit parkers will be required to enter and exit the Mason Pond parking deck via Aquia Creek Lane utilizing the Level 3 entrance/exit. A new proximity card will be mailed to you the week of May 18, 2009. We are sending out an email to current Mason Pond permit holders to verify your mailing address. If you have not already received that e-mail, you can verify your address here: https://parkingsvc.gmu.edu/addresspayroll.asp. Your new proximity cards will not allow access to Levels 1 and 2 which will be reserved for visitor parking. We appreciate your patience with this project.
