Planning a Special Event & Rates

PLEASE NOTE:  ALL EVENT REQUESTS ARE INDIVIDUALLY REVIEWED AND ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE PARKING SERVICES OFFICE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. NOT ALL REQUESTS MAY BE ACCOMMODATED BASED UPON TIME, DATE & LOCATION OF EVENT.

All visitor parking is on a first come, first served basis and the exemption of a lot or the purchase of a validation does not guarantee parking availability.

If you are attending an event, please contact the event’s coordinator or host to determine if they are sponsoring parking for the event’s attendees.  Otherwise, please click here.

If you or your department/organization is hosting an event, please see options below for parking.

FAIRFAX CAMPUS:

• Event coordinators may purchase validations for use in the visitor parking levels in the Mason Pond or Sandy Creek parking decks. Validations can be purchased on an hourly or daily basis. Please click here to see prevailing rates
• Event coordinators may pay to exempt a lot/area from permit enforcement. Listed below are the current prices for lot/area exemptions(*):

• Event coordinators may pay to reserve specific spaces in a particular parking area($12/surface lot space/$18-$20/deck space)
• Regular visitor parking is available if the event coordinator does not want to sponsor the event’s parking. Click here to see rates.

PRINCE WILLIAM CAMPUS:

• Event coordinators may purchase daily permits.
• Event coordinators may pay to exempt a lot/area from permit enforcement. Listed below are the current prices for lot/area exemptions(*):

Up to 124 Attendees - $275
       125+ Attendees - $450

• Event coordinators may pay to reserve specific spaces in a particular parking area.($12/surface lot space)
• Regular visitor parking is available if the event coordinator does not want to sponsor the event’s parking. Please click here to see prevailing rates

ARLINGTON CAMPUS:

• Event coordinators may purchase validations for the Founders Hall Parking Deck (hourly or all-day) or the Foundation Parking Deck (all-day only-only available before 6pm Friday-Sunday or after 6pm Monday-Thursday during fall/spring semesters ). Please click here to see prevailing rates
• Event coordinators may pay to exempt a lot/area from permit enforcement(*).
• Event coordinators may pay to reserve specific spaces in a particular parking area($12-$20/space)
